A stack of ten Tooth Picks is one of the random drops from [Treat Bags] during the Hallow's End event. A Treat Bag can be obtained by speaking to any inn keeper and selecting the Trick or Treat option, but you may only do so once per hour, and may get a polymorph instead of a Treat Bag. The stack of ten Tooth Picks has a fairly low drop rate.
Purpose
On using the pick, you get a 1 minute buff about your smile.
The Hallow's End World Event Achievement, That Sparkling Smile, is completed when you use a Tooth Pick.
