Torgus was a well-known dragonrider of the Dragonmaw clan during and after the Second War. He managed to get word of Gul'dan's betrayal back to his chieftan, Zuluhed the Whacked, and the rest of the Horde.^{ToD 284} After the war, he was assigned to Grim Batol, under Nekros Skullcrusher, where the clan was keeping a large portion of the red dragonflight enslaved. During one particular mission, he and his draconic mount encountered the black Dragon Aspect, Deathwing. Deathwing attacked Torgus and his fellow dragonriders, and Torgus narrowly managed to escape back to Grim Batol to warn his clan of the coming danger.^{DotD 175} Torgus' fate afterwards is unknown.
