Torment of the Worgen is one of the books that can be found inside Sealed Tomes in the Guardian's Library in Karazhan. Using it grants you a 60 minute buff, giving your ranged and melee attacks a 3% chance to transform yourself into a Worgen, dealing 200 additional shadow damage per hit, lasting 10 seconds.
