Torta is a level 45 turtle found near Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris. She is waiting for her husband Tooga's return. Like him, she is capable of talking to you, although she will say nothing directly to you until you escort Tooga back to her.

She ends the quest  [50] Tooga's Quest.
