Toshley is a level 69 quest giver who is in charge of Toshley's Station in the contested territory of Blade's Edge Mountains.

He starts the following quests:

•  [67] Picking Up Some Power Converters
  •  [67] Ride the Lightning
    •  [67] Trapping the Light Fantastic
      •  [68] Show Them Gnome Mercy!

Toshley also ends the quest  [67] Follow the Breadcrumbs, which starts from R-3D0.
