Summons a Totem of Wrath with 5 health at the feet of the caster. The totem increases the chance to hit and critically hit with spells by 3% to all party members if they are within 20 yards. Lasts 2 min.

This totem was added in Patch 2.0 as part of the new expanded talent trees for the Burning Crusade expansion. You can get this totem only by placing 41 talent points in the Elemental tree, but you do not need the expansion to get it.

This totem is designed to help your casters do more damage.
