Some shamans place emphasis on totems as a channel for the elemental spirits whose powers they call upon. With practice, creating these objects of focus comes with less effort.

Totemic Focus is a Shaman talent in the Restoration tree. It decreases the mana cost of all totems.

Notes

The increase in duration of most totems from 2 to 5 minutes greatly reduced the value of this talent. In any encounter shorter than five minutes, the mana saved with this talent is minimal unless there is a lot of movement.

Totemic Focus stacks with Mental Quickness for a further reduction of totem costs.
