Unlike most Love is in the Air achievements, Tough Love is NOT an objective of the meta-achievement,  [Fool For Love].

Notes

You start the fight by turning in  [80] You've Been Served to Apothecary Hummel in Shadowfang Keep in Silverpine Forest.

There are three level 82s to kill, each 270k HP. You do not need to do the pre-quest in Stormwind/Orgrimmar, but will get an extra 3G if you do. You can complete that pre-quest even after completing the summoning daily, so no need to worry. You have to kill Apothecary Hummel[Perfume], Apothecary Baxter[Cologne], and Apothecary Frye[Un-tankable].
