Towering Ancients are part of the ground forces allied with the night elves and worgen in their fight against the Horde forces invading the Headlands^{[28.7, 36]}

of Gilneas. While the Orc Raiders attacking their feet may pose little threat, the Ancients must be wary of the balls of fire launched by the Orcish War Machines.
