Summons a Tranquil Air Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster. The totem reduces the threat caused by all party members within 20 yards by 20%. Lasts 1.25 min.
Functionality
It's best to drop this totem back with the spellcasters away from the melee classes who should be trying to gain aggro.
This does stack with Blessing of Salvation multiplicatively, for about 44% total threat reduction.

Limitations
- Must be within 20yd radius of the totem.
- The totem of any rank has only 5 hp; it is easily destroyed by mobs and players.
