Transmute: Mithril to Truesilver is a sub-skill of Alchemy which allows the Alchemist to change one 
[Mithril Bar] into one 
[Truesilver Bar]. In order to perform the transformation, the alchemist must have a 
[Philosopher's Stone] and a skill level of 225.
Transmuting mithril to truesilver will trigger a 48 hour transmute cooldown on the Philosopher's Stone. One bar is transmuted at a time, after which you must wait the full cooldown period.
