Troll Roof Stalkers are level 70 elite guards found on top of the rooftops in the eastern part of the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar, they are stealthed, trap targets and attack with bows for around 2000 damage on cloth. The reason they are stalking on the roofs is thought to be to prevent Alliance players hiding from there.
