One of the visions in the Yogg-Saron encounter shows the Lich King, an Immolated Champion and a Turned Champion. Showing the Turned Champion in a model viewer, it seems like it would be Saurfang the Younger in death knight armor, while the Immolated Champion would be Bolvar Fordragon. Whether this is accurate remains to be seen.

When viewed in a model viewer the Turned Champion's jaw appears to be brown, like a mag'har, thus supporting the theory that with Saurfang's missing soul it would be easy for the Lich King to convert him into a death knight.
