Twilight Strikers are assassins working for the Twilight's Hammer clan that have infiltrated Stormwind. When Anduin Wrynn tracks down what is happening to the disappearing livestock for Farmer Wollerton, the clues lead to a blood-caked altar^{[43.8, 3.9]}

near the Wollerton Stead. The Strikers attack the prince, and players help protect him.

They only appear during the below quest.
