This item drops from Teron Gorefiend in the Black Temple.
InspirationEdit
This weapon was inspired by a roleplaying server that existed almost eleven years ago designed by a guy named Zarak. One of the developers of WoW used to play on the server. The place was called Imperia, but the main roleplaying channel was the Twisted Blade Inn. [1]
