The Twisted Reflection of Narain^{[64.6, 19.8]}

is a rare gnome found in the former home of Narain Soothfancy, a quest giver heavily involved in  [The Scepter of the Shifting Sands] quest chain. Though Narain is safely within Tanaris still, a twisted reflection of him has been left behind.
