Tzerak is a level 14 named felguard summoned on a summoning circle by satyrs in southern Nazzivian, shortly after he kills them shouting "Fools! Weaklings! Tzerak has no need of your assistance!" then he wanders north to stand by the Nazzivus Monument Glyph. Nazzivian is a satyr encampment south-west of Blood Watch in Bloodmyst Isle.
