Unbound Ents are hostile level 77-78 treants that wander the Unbound Thicket of Crystalsong Forest. It's not known why these treeants are hostile. The appearance of their eyes is similar to the undead Lost Shandaral Spirit that also wander the area, as well as the playable class death knights, even though they are still elementals. Although it's not certain, it's possible their strange state could be attributed to the dragon magic that altered the forest to its current crystalline state.
