Undercity Gift of Friendship is a 60 minute +30 intellect buff gained after creating an [Undercity Gift Collection] from the three Undercity pledge item packages during the Love is in the Air event.

The icon for the buff is the same as the icon for the city Gift Collection that grants the buff.
