Underwater Breathing is a racial trait of the Forsaken. Since they are not alive, they can breathe underwater for quite a bit longer. Since the base time to hold breath underwater was made 3 min in Patch 3.0.2, this effectively makes a Forsaken's Breath last for 10 min (3 min + 2.333 * 3 min).

Patch changes

/ Patch 3.0.2 (14-Oct-2008): Bonus reduced to 233% from 300%, but baseline increased from 60 sec to 3 min. 
Patch 1.1.0 (07-Nov-2004): Added.
