Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
Hotfix (2017-01-17): Unstable Magic deals 30% additional Arcane Blast damage in PvP (was 50%). Unchanged for Fire and Frost Mages.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): (Arcane) Activate chance is now 20% (was 15%).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Fireball chance increased to 25% (was 20). Now available at level 90 (was 75).
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
