Addramalech Plaguewind is the infamous Warlock who leads a ruthless organization of cultists and cutthroats called The Blackest Heart. He is the self-proclaimed Spreader of Lies and is known best by his spheres of political and militaristic influences.

Addramalech operates mostly out of Elwynn Forest as well as Stormwind and is a strong influence throughout the Eastern Kingdoms. Currently the Warlock resides in an underground dwelling deep beneath Medivh's Tower in Karazhan and drinks from the mana leylines that flow over the ominous landscape.
