Garrick was a wizard apprentice, and old friend of Adric. Abandoning his master's research, he came looking for Adric once he heard about a dead man with a crossbow that matched a description he knew of as a child. Hoping to save his childhood friend from the Plague, he tried to convince Adric to follow him to his cart where his master could find a way to cure him. When Garrick started down the hill he was shot in the back and started his journey to the other side. Garrick is now seeking adventures who can avenge his death by killing Adric and burning his remains for [25] My Former Friend.
