Lord Agrovane in the Petitioner's Chamber in Stormwind Keep wants you to speak with Zebus Orison in the Gladiator's Hall under Champions' Hall.

I was once a gladiator master, <race>! But after my best gladiator escaped everything wen't downhill! I lost all my money! Do you hear me! All my money!

But i guess it's time for the younger generations to step forward and bring the gladiator fights to a whole new level, and you look like you're the right one. Go find Zebus "Crop" Orison, he should be in the Gladiator's Hall under the Champions' Hall. But be careful! After the King returned, he banned all gladiatorial fights.
