Dragonmaw Fortress is a large Fel Orc base under command of the Illidari Fel Orcs located in the southeastern area of Shadowmoon Valley. It is full of Dragonmaw fel orcs who have enslaved the nether drakes from the nearby Netherwing Fields as mounts. Drakelord Ergos and Drakelady Almara command the fortress since the death of Zuluhed the Whacked.

The orcs within the fortress are the most elite Fel Orcs outside of the Black Temple and command regiments of fel orcs and the Illidari sky units.
