Champion of MulgoreEdit

Beastzilla was known as the Champion of Mulgore. He protected Bloodhoof Village, Camp Narache, and Thunder Bluff with strength and wisdom. He was a fearless Tauren who strived for nothing other than the safety of his people. If Mulgore had no problems, he moved on to The Barrens, Thousand Needles, and further if need be. In reality, his true name is Beltrokk Stonehoof. However, he was picked on early in life due to his immense size. Oftentimes, Tauren would call him Beastzilla to intimidate and infuriate him. Instead of fighting this, Beltrokk took on the name as his own and allows others to address him as either name with little preferance. Beastzilla head into the lands of The Barrens and beyond, eventually becoming strong enough to think about heading into Northrend to do battle with the Scourge.

Disappearance and AmnesiaEdit

During the the Scourge Invasion, Beltrokk and another Tauren champion canoed out to Northrend. After an excessive amount of time with no contact, they were thought lost forever, until Koltira Deathweaver and Thassarian assaulted a hidden Scourge laboratory. The Scourge had just chained up the amnestic Beastzilla, ready to prepare him for an eternity of unlife. Koltira and Thassarian slaughtered all of the mad scientists and saved Beltrokk, bringing him to Warsong Hold. The Warsong Orcs sent out a zeppelin carrying Beastzilla to Thunder Bluff. After carrying him to Red Cloud Mesa, they believed that due to loss of memory, Beltrokk must retake the Rite of the Earthmother. Beltrokk passed the Rite of Vision, but while passing it, a Venture Co. Ogre threw a heavy stone at Garrakuul head, which brought back a majority of his memories. However, his body is no longer in shape to return to the frozen wastes, so instead he stayed within the boundaries of Bloodhoof Village, listening to the tales of a ghost wolf.

CataclysmEdit

Cataclysm This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

Come Cataclysm, the Tauren of Mulgore will be literally and metaphorically shaken to their proverbial edges. Garrosh Hellscream, new Warchief of the Horde, duels Cairne Bloodhoof. The latter dies soon after, leaving the Tauren without a chieftain, until Cairne's son, Baine steps up to take the reins. Finding the Grimtotem clan guilty of poisoning Cairne's drinks, Baine drives the clan out of Thunder Bluff. He has built a gate to defend his shattered lands, giving him time to regroup for war with the Alliance. Beltrokk has revisited the aging Krang Stonehoof in hopes of regaining his warrior's edge, hopefully in time to join the battle in the Barrens.
