Bio

Picked up Warcraft III at the store one day because it looked interesting. Played it for days on end until I got bored with it. Played various other games until WoW open beta came along. At that point in time I wasn't interested in playing a game that required a subscription, mainly because I did not have the means to. So I bummed around in my first MMO Conquer Online for about a year or so. It was fun, but lacked the greatness of WoW, plus the whole game was full of BRs, Asians, and hackers. So finally around the end of November '05 a friend convinced me to pick up WoW, and I've been playing it ever since.

Backstory of Mynian

Mynian began his life as a Human loyal to Lordaeron. Due to incomplete records, his Human name is no longer known.

One day, while working in his tailoring shop, he received a message containing secret orders to report to Quel'thalas to aid in the defense of the city against the Scourge. He did not understand why he was being sent there, because he had only dabbled in the arcane magics so his understanding of it all, was very incomplete.

As ordered, he reported to Quel'thalas, where he met up with a group of Elven warriors led by Sylvanas Windrunner. She told him to prepare for a massive attack from the scourge, and to protect the city at any cost. When the scourge attacked, he was not prepared for the battle that ensued. He fought bravely, but his inexperience with the arcane magic, made him of little use. Even with his lacking ability, he managed to slay around a dozen scourge, before they got to him. Lady Sylvanas saw the scourge collapse on him, but she couldn't save him in time.

After he was slain, the scourge resurrected him, and forced him to do their biddings. Due to his past experience with arcane magic, the scourge found it easy to teach him the ways of the shadow. Over the many years of service to the scourge, he had helped slaughter countless others, actions which he regrets, still to this day. One day on a patrol, he came across a banshee. As she approached them, she recognized him. She immediately used her new powers to free him from the hold of the scourge.

When he recovered from Sylvanas' spell, he thanked her for freeing him from the scourge. He then offered to help her in her plan to slay Arthas and his followers, for killing her and her people. When she decided to side with the horde, he was reluctant to do so, because even though most of he memory was lost, what little remained, was memories of slaughter and murder of friends and family by the horde. He only agreed to do so, because the horde shared his hatred for Arthas and the Alliance. He blames the Alliance for his death, and wishes to seek revenge on its members.

During his time with the Forsaken, he could always be seen with one of his demons by his side. Due to this, members of the Forsaken had started to call him demon boy. He did not take to this nickname, so instead, he started to call himself the minion master. His companions liked the name, to a point. They started to call him this, but the name was too long for them, so they chopped of master, and changed the spelling of Minion to Mynian, to make it look more unique. He liked this change, and has called himseld this ever since.
