Hello, if you have found this page, then welcome, take some time to read =)
I'm a big fan of the Warcraft Universe, i was introducted to Warcraft 3 and i subsequently bought that, along with The Frozen Throne, and since then i have developed a strong interest in the universe and everything about it. I want to be able to contribute to this wiki with my knowledge and experience. =)
my favorite Races are Blood elves and Humans, so i can be a Horde or alliance at will =P
Paladins are my favorite class, and seemingly inspired by Jedi, at least in my eyes. =)
My favorite Character is Uther Lightbringer and i have found i can draw a lot of paralells between him, and being a fan of Star Wars, Uther felt like Obi wan while Arthas was more of Anakin. I will draw paralells bellow:
Uther/Obi wan similarities:
- A mentor to Arthas and taught him
- Devoted to his order and had undying faith
- One of the most respected, and one of the leaders of his order
- Loved Arthas like family
- Was forced to fight against him, but was killed
- Was patient, restrained and kept a clear mind.
- Reappears as a ghost to help others.
Arthas/Anakin similarities:
- Uther was like Family to him
- Was taught by Uther
- was brash, arrogant and impulsive
- was lured by the promise of power beyond his dreams
- Did not listen to those he loved after he started to fall
- Had a lover: Jaina, like Padme
- Fought against his Mentor and killed him.
- Became the ruler of evil, like vader and the Empire
- Forsook his former brothers and kinsmen and destroyed his order.
