Biography

Dazmodar Stormclaw (Darnassian: Daz’Modar Kel’Doran) is a male Night Elf Beast Master and wanderer currently aiding his people, the Kaldorei, in the war against the Horde and the Burning Legion.

As a young man, Dazmodar showed little interest or aptitude in druidic magic, and so he was one of the only male children born within the history of the Stormclaw family that was not trained as a druid. Still possessing his family's natural kinship with the wilds and animals especially, Dazmodar was taught the basics of Beast Mastery and Marksmanship by his uncle Dorion, who currently resides in the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus.

Dazmodar has trained a wide variety of pets, including a bear named Arkos, a wolf named Shadowfang, and an owl named Kaalus. Once his training had reached the required season, Dazmodar traveled to Stranglethorn Vale where he captured and trained the king of the tigers, King Bangalash. Naming him Vaaku (Darnassian: Vaa’ku, or best friend) Dazmodar has released his other pets back into the wild and now travels exclusively with Vaaku.
