History
In life it is believed, thanks to the records kept by Archivist Betha in Dalaran, that Lozre was the Archmage Conjuros Rex. Conjuros Rex was one of three Archmagi who powered Dalaran's defensive shields against the undead during Arthas and Kel'Thuzad's Siege against Dalaran in the Third War.
Upon waking in Deathknell, Lozre found himself alone and without memory of his previous life nor his time within the Scourge. As many before him and since have done, he set out as a mercenary and was rather unimportant in the grand scheme of things, until upon entering the Felwood a figure cloaked in shadows approached him from behind and granted Lozre a vision of his future: bowing before Nafien, being praised for his diplomatic actions by Thrall personally, being saluted by Lord Maxwell Tyrosus. Due to Lozre's reclusive nature, it is difficult to say how many times Lozre was visited by this figure, although Seers claim it was at least five times in the past three years.
Lozre was formerly a highly skilled Engineer, versed in Gnomish technologies, he created many marvellous devices such as a Mechano-hog and a Flying Machine. Upon Lozre's defeat of Kel'Thuzad Lozre turned away from the Engineer's path and chose instead to become a Jewelcrafter. After three days of nothing but training, Lozre was recognised by Timothy Jones as skilled enough to create the most perfect of enchanted gems.
