Shawns' Story

The story and lore behind my main charachter, Shawns.
Birth to age 10Edit
Shawns was born Shawnsaillien Trufire Darkmyynde to a somwhat-wealthy family in the Darkwind Pass in the time when Medvh had started to go insane about 20-25 some years ago(need to check timeline on that). His parents were servants to Medvh. His mother, a server at Moroes' grand ballroom, and his father a stagehand at the stage Medvh had in his tower of Karazhan. In his first 4 years of his life, Shawnsaillien was always getting into his fathers magic books and devices, which he used for the special effects in the Master's shows that he put on.
At age 6 his father was killed in a fight with another stagehand. Medvh did not punish the stagehand, claiming death was part of life, but he did reconsile the family, giving them a bigger house and Shawnsaillien's mother a raise in her pay. She then used that to hire a guard at her house, fearing that the stagehand would seek revenge on them for getting a bigger house and pay.
Her fears were met when Shawnsaillien was 10. The guard had gone on break, and the man snuck into her house. He killed her mother, but however did not find Shawnsaillien who,at the time, was in the outhouse practicing magic where his mother couldn't find him. When he returned to the house he found his mother dead in her bedroom. He was ordered by Medvh to be taken in to his nearest relatives abode with his mothers money that was left. His Aunt and Uncle, from his fathers side, lived in Westfall and took him in.
Age 11-16Edit
Shawnsaillien's time in Westfall with his relatives was harsh. His Uncle was a drunkard and his Aunt, who was the only one nice to him, was scarcely around. At age 14 was when it got worse for him. His Aunt had died because of her husband's tendancy to beat her. It was around this time when Shawnsaillien started to pracice dark magic and even demonic magic, instead of his usual; arcane and such. It was then when he overused a spell to much and sent him into a deep sleep ((what we know as a coma)). His Uncle thought him dead and buried him in a shallow grave in his backyard. Shawnsaillien awoke a year later with a small goatee and nearly starved to death. He had survived from the rain and groundwater that seeped in. He used a spell to get out and stormed into his Uncle's house looking for some food to run away with, his mind already being set on what he was going to do. He found the food and left the house before his Uncle even knew what he was doing.
Age 18-25Edit
From there he went on to Raven hill to the east. He rented a room in the Inn and there he lived for another two years. Around the second year of living in Raven Hill, a necromancer began to raise the bodies in the cemetary. Not knowing who the rogue necromancer was, they blamed Shawnsaillien, and ran him out of town.
Homeless and nearly broke, he set eastward towards Darkshire, the classier twin city of Raven Hill. When he arrived in Darkshire he lived in a room of the hotel, that was considered 'undesireable' by most, however having survived underground for a year, Shawns was fine with it.
In town he found a job as an alchemist's apprentice, learning to make potions, and such.
