Hi. Um. Hello? Hey!

Did you need something? Oh. You wanted to know about me?

Well, I'm Emeline. I know that's my name because I woke up on a stone bed and saw it written there.

That's the first thing I remember, you know. Waking up. I don't remember being alive, but I guess I was once. That's the way it works, right?

You know, I never thought of that before. How did I know how to read my name? Maybe I just did? Actually, I can't remember not knowing how to read, so I guess I was born that way!

Or I woke up that way...

Or something...

Anyway, reading is one of my favorite things. What sorts of things do you like?
