I started playing WoW in Early 2007 on another server, with my first toon being a squishy Night Elf Priest. It was also my first MMO, which I was immediately impressed by, and enjoyed a great deal. Being in school at the the time however, and dealing with the frustration of learning the game with a squishy, I decided to put it aside after a couple of months.

It wasn't long before I started to miss the style of game play, and despite trying, couldn't find a Non-MMO game to quench my MMO thrist. I started playing LOTRO for a few months as an Elf/Hunter, where I came to realize that I really loved playing a DPS toon. After reaching the max level (which is only 50 I might add) I quickly grew bored with LOTRO and came back to WoW in December 2007.

I came back with a better understanding of the MMO/DPS world thanks to LOTRO, and found it to be even more impressive and enjoyable than my first try with the squishy. LOTRO while fun, and graphically more advance, can't touch the expansiveness and wow factor of WoW.

Since returning, I have spent as much time reading WoWWikki (and a few other select resources) as I have playing the game.

Well...OK

...maybe not an equal amount of time, but I do spend almost all of my flight time and many additional hours researching, absorbing, and learning what I can do to make the most of my WoW Experience and to ensure that I'm never referred to or thought of as your typical WoW Huntard.
