The Fallen One <Forgotten Hero> is a level ?? Questgiver located in the Great Sea. After completing the quest, which only involves listening to his story of his journey into Necromancy, the player unlocks the ability to create a Necromancer character.

Oh, right. You've only just arrived, haven't you? This is a land of death, as most places are. Those who dwell here have since shed their bodies and become one with the... Light.

The Light? Like the Naaru?

The what? I have heard a great many things about the past of this world from my... Companions. But I assure you, none mentioned these 'Naaru'.

Naaru are beings of Light. They guide the Draenei and Blood Elves.

... Draenei, you say? I heard they were slaughtered.

The Orcs have nothing better to do than talk now. And despite our... Hatreds... They are better conversation than the... Wisps.

They're annoying, and I can't understand a word they say.

... So, how did you get here?

During the destruction of Draenor, we tried to escape through the numerous portals opened by that wretched Ner'Zhul. But... We were seperated by the Twisting Nether. I was with her <points to the body on the bed> as we drifted, and I saw an unimaginable sight... Two rifts reaching into our world. We moved closer to them, but we were torn apart. Desperatly I tried to grasp Alleria, but she was drawn to the green rift as I was pulled to the blue one...

<The Fallen One chokes back tears>

Ever since I have communed with the dead here. They came to me for guidance. I am sorry, but I will not tell you everything I have experienced for the last twenty or so years. Suffice it to say that I have strayed from my path greatly, but I remain guided by the Light, despite the ravages of my homeland and the fall of Lordaeron to the Scourge.

Yes. I am Turalyon, former Paladin. Though, since returning to this world I have... Changed. I still follow the path of those who serve the Light, make no mistake. But now I use my powers to commune with the deceased, who have joined the Light. We guide each other, easing existence for one another. I know how to allow spirits to leave this world, or bind them once more to mortal forms. Through their assistance I may restore those on the brink of death.
