Goran Stoneworth, a.k.a Goran the Archhunter, Goran of Muradin, or just Goran, being pronounced (Gor-on), has a long, but very interesting story. His parents, Greg and Mallaey Stoneworth grew up in Draenor, (Outland). Goran was born in the middle of the Second War but because he was born in Draenor for most of his early childhood, he was kept away from the war-torn Azeroth.
History - The Mining AccidentEdit
Greg and Mallaey were miners near Thrallmar for the Explorers' League. There, they mined the infamous Fel Iron. During this time, Goran was living with his grandparents because Fel Iron has lots of radiation and they didn't want their child to get sick. Then one day, there was a demonic attack. Now that may sound bad, but this was typical. The head miner called Honor Hold and the cavalry came, (after the miners killed most of the demons, as usual) but something was different this time. The demons had left a very strange taint, and all the miners could sense it, but they couldn't place the feeling. As they kept mining, they started noticing that the farther they expanded the mine under Thrallmar, the more Fel Iron deposits they found. The Explorers' League was so excited, however they needed to be careful because the more deposits there are, the more radiation there will be. But the miners didn't care. They just wanted more profits and sure enough, after those idiotic miners got to a certain point, a plague of radiation came up from the deposits and the miners ran for there lives! After that horrible...accident, all of the miners got out luckily. However, some of them got effected by the radiation and after calling upon Honor Hold, they were rushed back for medical treatment. But, Greg was one of the victims.
