What is a Twink? Edit

A twink is a character who is designed to be exceptional in its PvP bracket. High level characters feed their money, some equipment, item enhancements, and anything else that will improve their twink character. Good twinks will have the best gear, with the highest level enchants they can get, and many have potions and explosives that help them in battle.

What do I need to do to make one? Edit

All it takes is a high level character, some gold, and it really helps to have some friends who can help you run dungeons. Many twink guides say that making a twink isn't fun until you can play with him, but I have had a lot of fun learning the ropes and working toward the goal of completing him.

Where should I start? Edit

Pick a class that you enjoy playing as, or a role that you like to play. Rogue, hunter, and priests are very common. I think that for a beginner its best to start at level 19. Then see if I have a specific guide to the class and level, and start! If I don't, I guaranty there are other guides out there. I would also suggest finishing this page.

General Twink Tips Edit

For all twink-makers, here is some good things to remember:

Start getting gear a good 8-10 levels before the target level. For example, start getting stuff around level 11 or 12 for a 19 twink.
Don't go halfway. Don't settle for [Enchant Gloves - Greater Agility] when you know theres [Enchant Gloves - Superior Agility]. Just save up a little more, its worth it!
To follow the last tip, everything helps. If you can get 1 more Agility point, do it! All those 1 extras add up to your advantage.
Temporary gear is fine, my rogue still has [Thief's Blade], even though I am aiming for [Assassin's Blade]
