Hand of Fate

Hand of Fate was founded in 1963 on a small island off of the coast of Ecuador. Originally, the guild was designed to provide a haven for defected or exiled political activists, and it did so quite successfully for 41 years. In 2004, however, most members of the guild agreed that, yeah, sure, political refugees need help and all, but... this Engineering tradeskill ain't gonna level itself, so all guild resources were diverted to the acquisition and distribution of phat lewtz to the guild and its members.
