On your first pass through the Mesa, pick up The Hunt Begins and A Humble Task. Target the Plainstriders as you head southeast to find Greatmother Hawkwind. After speaking with her and picking up the Water Pitcher, use your Hearthstone to return to Camp Narache.

After selling your gray items and picking up new spells/abilities, head south with Rites of the Earthmother and The Hunt Continues. Aim for the Mountain Cougars as you seek Seer Graytongue.

For your third pass, you should have three quests; The Battleboars, Rite of Strength, and Break Sharptusk!, all of which pull east to Brambleblade Ravine. Directly seek out Chief Sharptusk Thornmantle's hut, as the patrols along the way will be enough to complete the quests. Now is an excellent time to work on your pulling and tracking abilities, as well as getting acquainted to aggro by proximity. Be sure to pick up the Dirt-stained Map from the cave opposite the main hut. This item starts Attack on Camp Narache. With all of the loot and distance back to Camp Narache, now would be an excellent time to Hearthstone.

Part 2 of Rites of the Earthmother and A Task Unfinished are both pulls into Bloodhoof Village and out of Camp Narache. Congratulations on clearing the Tauren starting zone!
