This should get me halfway hated with the other Steamwheedle Cartel factions (including Booty Bay) due to [[spillover]]. *Level up, again avoiding any quests affecting Steamwheedle Cartel or Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation. *Do the quests to get the [[Bloodsail Admiral's Hat]] once leveled high enough. *Turn in all of the wastewander water pouches collected earlier. *Do all the Steamwheedle Cartel quests that do not affect Bloodsail Buccaneers reputation, starting with the ones in Gadgetzan. *Do repeateble quests in [[Feralas]] ({{Quest|Refuel for the Zapping|Refuel for the Zapping}} and {{Quest|Again With the Zapped Giants|Again With the Zapped Giants}}) and/or [[Dire Maul]] ({{Quest|Free Knot! (1)|Free Knot!}}) until exalted with the Steamwheedle Cartel. ==Unfortunately== Due to changes in 2.3 I leveled up to fast. At level 46 [[Deckhand Moishe]] (level 37) became grey and thus gave only one reputation per kill instead of the usual 5. All the other deckhands are level 38 and 39 and I would outlevel them well before reaching 11999/12000 honored. I don't want this to happen so now I am killing [[Captain Steelgut]] and [[First Mate Nilzlix]] over and over again for 5 reputation each. They don't give any experience, so I won't level up. ==Careful planning shattered== When I made the above plan reputation would deprecate i.e grey mobs would only give 1/5th reputation. This changed in patch 3.08; <blockquote>''Reputation rewarded for killing mobs will no longer automatically deprecate.
