[Emitter Spare Parts] can be gathered by right clicking the crystal gizmos scattered through the owlkin territories of the Nestlewood Thicket and Nestlewood Hills, southeast of the Crash Site.

As a Quest Objective

•  [36] Delivery to the Gnomes - this quest is available from  Kravel Koalbeard at Mirage Raceway on the Shimmering Flats, in Thousand Needles. This quest is the end of a delivery chain that starts with  [36] Wharfmaster Dizzywig.

Objective: Bring the [Delicate Car Parts] to Fizzle Brassbolts in Shimmering Flats.
