This is a questing guide detailing the best method to obtain and complete quests in Eversong Woods.

Note: This guide is not meant for power-leveling purposes. Rather, it is meant to show a player the most efficient way to complete all quests available for a particular zone. If you know of a better order or method to accomplish this, your input is welcome (in fact, greatly desired). For major changes, feel free to edit, but make a note in the talk page as to your reasoning.

Sunstrider Isle (LVL 1-5)Edit

Sunstrider Isle is the starting zone for new blood elves, and is located in north western part of the Eversong Woods. Other races may choose to quest here, but not all quests are available to them. If you are new to the game, check out the Newbie Guide to get started, or just dive in - the game has in-game hints and the opening quests are very straight-forward, just relax and have fun!

• Begin by talking to the blood elf in front of you,  Magistrix Erona, to get the quest  [1] Reclaiming Sunstrider Isle.
• Head east or west to a Burning Crystal and kill 10 Mana Wyrms.
• Return to  Magistrix Erona and turn in  [1] Reclaiming Sunstrider Isle. She will then offer  [3] Unfortunate Measures and will also offer a quest specific to your class. Find your class trainer in the buildings behind her and complete the class quest. The class trainer should now offer the quest  [2] Well Watcher Solanian. You will also want to learn your first abilities from your class trainer at this time.
  • Warlocks: Your class trainer will offer you the quest [4] Windows to the Source. Pick this up and complete it along with the other Falthrien Academy quests.
• Walk up the spire and speak with  Well Watcher Solanian. Complete the quest and start  [4] The Shrine of Dath'Remar and  [4] Solanian's Belongings. Equip the [Sunstrider Book Satchel] he gives you.
• Jump down from the platform and speak with  Arcanist Ithanas to start  [4] A Fistful of Slivers.
• Walk across the way to speak with  Arcanist Helion and start  [3] Thirst Unending.

Around Sunstrider Isle Edit

• Head south-east to the Burning Crystal, kiling Springpaw Cubs, and Springpaw Lynxes along the way and looting their collars.
• When you reach the crystal, inspect the book sitting near the crystal's base, looting [Solanian's Journal] (marked as 2 on the map above)
• Kill more lynxes until you have completed  [3] Unfortunate Measures, and return to the The Sunspire to turn in the quest.
• Speak with  Magistrix Erona to get  [3] Report to Lanthan Perilon.
• Head south of the Sunspire to  Lanthan Perilon (marked as 1 on the map above). Turn in  [3] Report to Lanthan Perilon and get  [4] Aggression.
• Go south from Lanthan towards a little pond with a platform over it. Kill the Tenders and Feral Tenders around the pond. On the platform is [Solanian's Scrying Orb].
• From here, head north-west to the fountain (marked as a 4 on the map above) and inspect the glowing scroll on the ground, looting [Scroll of Scourge Magic]. Kill Tenders and Feral Tenders along the way, until you have completed  [4] Aggression.
• Go through the pass to the north-west and inspect the Shrine of Dath'Remar (marked as a 3 on the map).
• Return to the Sunspire and turn in all completed quests. Pick up  [5] Felendren the Banished from  Lanthan Perilon.
• Remember to talk to your class trainer and train any new abilities that have become available.

Falthrien Academy Edit

• Enter Falthrien Academy (the set of spiral pathways and platforms over the lake on the south-west corner of Sunstrider Isle). While here, you have several objectives:
  • Mana tap wraiths to complete  [3] Thirst Unending
  • Kill both Arcane Wraiths and Tainted Arcane Wraiths to complete  [5] Felendren the Banished
  • Loot [Arcane Slivers] from the wraiths.
    • Warlocks: You should also be looting [Wraith Essence] and [Tainted Wraith Essence] as they come up.
  • Kill Felendren the Banished and loot [Felendren's Head] - he can be found at the top platform of the academy.
  • You might also loot a [Tainted Arcane Sliver] from a Tainted Arcane Wraith. Inspect it to begin  [4] Tainted Arcane Sliver
• Once all this has been completed, return to the Sunspire and turn in all the quests.
• Pick up  [5] Aiding the Outrunners from  Lanthan Perilon.

You are now ready to move on to the main Eversong Woods.

Eversong Woods (LVL 5-10)Edit

Eversong Woods is the main zone for beginning blood elves, once they graduate from Sunstrider Isle. To get here, head over the bridge to the south-east of Sunstrider Isle.

Journey to Falconwing Square Edit

• Head over the bridge in the southe-east corner of Sunstrider Isle.
• Speak with  Outrunner Alarion and accept  [5] Slain by the Wretched.
• Continue down the road until you find the  Slain Outrunner. Turn in the quest and accept  [5] Package Recovery.
• Return to  Outrunner Alarion and turn in the quest, then accept  [5] Completing the Delivery.
• Continue down the road to the south-west until you reach Falconwing Square. Turn in the delivery quest to  Innkeeper Delaniel.
• Remember to talk to your class trainer and train any new abilities that have become available.
• There are several profession trainers in Falconwing Square which you may want to make use of:
  • Jewelcrafting from  Aleinia <Jewelcrafting Trainer>
  • First Aid from  Kanaria <First Aid Trainer>
  • Cooking from  Quarelestra <Cooking Trainer>
• You can also get weapon training from  Duelist Larenis.

The Ruins of Silvermoon Edit

• Pick up the following quests:
  • Speak with  Magister Jaronis and pick up  [5] Major Malfunction.
  • Head to the building on the left. Read the wanted poster and accept  [6] Wanted: Thaelis the Hungerer.
  • Left of the sign is  Aeldon Sunbrand. Talk to him and start  [5] Unstable Mana Crystals.
  • Priests: Priests should speak with  Ponaris and pick up [5] Cleansing the Scar.
• Head out into the Ruins of Silvermoon, looting [Unstable Mana Crystal] from as you find them (these appear as barrels of shiny rocks).
• Kill the Arcane Patrollers for their [Arcane Cores].
• As you make your way through the ruins, head for the Commons Hall on the north-eastern side of the ruins, where you can find Thaelis the Hungerer. If you approach his camp from the east or west, you can pull one Wretched and him away from the rest of the group guarding the hall.
• Once you have everything you need, return to Falconwing Square and turn in all three quests.

• Accept  [6] Darnassian Intrusions from  Aeldon Sunbrand and  [6] Delivery to the North Sanctum from  Magister Jaronis.
• Head southeast to the The Dead Scar and speak with  Ranger Jaela to start  [6] The Dead Scar.
  • Priests: Priests can bless the rangers and turn in [5] Cleansing the Scar.
• Kill [5-6] Plaguebone Pillagers until you have completed the quest, then return to the rangers and turn it in.
• Visit  Ley-Keeper Caidanis at the North Sanctum, south of Falconwing Square. Turn in  [6] Delivery to the North Sanctum and accept  [5] Malfunction at the West Sanctum.
• Head to the West Sanctum and talk to  Ley-Keeper Velania to turn in  [6] Delivery to the North Sanctum.
• At the West Sanctum, accept  [6] Arcane Instability and kill the Manawraiths and Mana Stalkers as you see them, keeping an eye out for any Darnassian Scouts. [Incriminating Documents] should drop from the first one you kill. Start  [6] Incriminating Documents from it.
• Head over the ridge to the west and speak to  Hathvelion Sungaze to start  [7] Fish Heads, Fish Heads.... Wait to complete this quest with the other murloc quests.
• For now, head back to Falconwing Square and turn in  [6] Incriminating Documents and learn new class abilties.
• Pick up  [7] The Dwarven Spy and head back to the North Sanctum. Loot [Prospector Anvilward's Head] after killing him and turn in the quest.
• Accept the follow up  [7] Fairbreeze Village.

The Road to Fairbreeze Village Edit

• On your way to Fairbreeze Village, speak with  Apprentice Ralen and start  [6] Roadside Ambush.
• Keep heading south and speak to  Apprentice Meledor, completing the quest you just got in exchange for  [6] Soaked Pages.
• Dive into the river and fetch the pages from the "Soaked Tome" and return them to Meledor.
• Accept  [6] Taking the Fall and head east to Stillwhisper Pond to speak with  Instructor Antheol and complete  [6] Taking the Fall. Use [Antheol's Disciplinary Rod] on the two apprentices and report back for a bag.
• Once at Fairbreeze Village, pick up the following quests (you will need to be level 8 for most of them):
  • Speak with  Velan Brightoak and pick up  [7] Pelt Collection.
  • At the largest building, start  [9] Saltheril's Haven and  [9] The Wayward Apprentice from Magistrix Landra Dawnstrider.
  • Downstairs, rebind your Hearthstone with Marniel Amberlight, starting  [9] Ranger Sareyn, and start  [10] The Scorched Grove from Ardeyn Riverwind.
  • Upstairs, complete  [7] Fairbreeze Village with Ranger Degolien, following up with  [7] Situation at Sunsail Anchorage.
• Head west to Saltheril's Haven and complete  [9] Saltheril's Haven. Accept the follow up quest,  [9] The Party Never Ends.
• The following professions are available at Saltheril's Haven:
  • Enchanting from  Magistrix Eredania <Enchanting Trainer>
  • Tailoring from  Sempstress Ambershine <Tailoring Trainer>
  • Alchemy from  Arcanist Sheynathren <Alchemy Trainer>
  • Herbalism from  Botanist Tyniarrel <Herbalism Trainer and Supplis>

Sunsail Anchorage and the Murloc Menace Edit

• Follow the road west and kill any Springpaw Stalkers as you see them, looting their [Springpaw Pelts].
• Before you reach the harbor, you will see a fortified camp to your right. Go there and start  [8] Grimscale Pirates! and  [7] Lost Armaments.
• Down the road at the Sunsail Anchorage, collect [Sin'dorei Armaments] from the crates scattered around the area.
• Once you have enough armaments, kill any remaining wretched needed for  [7] Situation at Sunsail Anchorage.
• Return to the fortified camp and turn in the armaments to get the next quest,  [8] Wretched Ringleader.
• Climb to the top of the anchorage tower and defeat  Aldaron the Reckless. Don't forget to loot his head.
• Return to the fortified camp and turn in the head to complete the quest.
• Cross the river by the camp and head west along it until you encounter some murlocs. Kill enough of them to complete  [7] Fish Heads, Fish Heads.... You may also find [Captain Kelisendra's Lost Rutters], which you can use to start a quest of the same name.
• Once you have enough heads, return to  Hathvelion Sungaze to the east and turn in the quest, then pick up the follow up.

• Head up the road and talk to Ranger Sareyn and start  [9] Defending Fairbreeze Village.
• Head back to Fairbreeze Village when you're done, turning in  [7] Pelt Collection and picking up a [Bundle of Fireworks] from Halis Dawnstrider.
