NPC bot

I plan on using something called pat template to make life easer to change the page template. This might be added on a wiki page so admins can change it but if they break the pat template code they bought it.

Phase 1

• Load from some place probably the old quest request tag cat. or irc.
• npc id or NPC name will have to be supplied
• bot will then load the data from wowhead parse it into pattemplate User:Laurlybot/npc_bot/template
• post it to wiki.
