A little about me...

I'm female, married, and a WoW addict. Those aren't supposed to exist, right?

I'm currently attending grad school to get a degree in Library and Information Science. I decided to pursue this degree when I realized how obsessive I am about organizing information. My husband likes to make fun of me because one day in a fit of boredom I decided to alphabetize the conversation magnets on the fridge. >.< I tried to explain that I was having trouble finding the words I needed, but he was too busy laughing.

I've been playing WoW since retail release, so I have many, many alts. Below is my main, and my primary identity in game for almost three years. I've recently sort-of-quit WoW since it was having an effect on my grades. Still not sure if I'll start playing regularly again... still paying for my account... starting to become just as obsessed with Wowwiki.  ;)

Professions cleanup

My pet project - Update and standardize format of profession tables

This is more complicated than I thought - These pages are filled with duplicate tables and redundant information. I plan to make standard tables for each profession, and then I'll see if I can clean up the actual profession pages.

First Aid

• pretty much done - may revisit
• duplicate table? First Aid recipes

Enchanting

• pretty much done - may revisit
• add categories like the in game enchanting menu? ex: head, wrist, back, etc
• change Winter Veil quest to add the tooltip
• Fix the source column so that it can be sorted correctly - use controlled vocabulary I created for blacksmithing

Blacksmithing

• started formatting the tables and adding the missing recipes
• check the in game category names

• Item Enhancement - shield spikes, spurs, chain, counterweight
• Other - sharpening/weightstone, runes of warding/shielding, keys
• Daggers, One-Handed Axes/Maces/Swords, Polearms, Thrown, Two-Handed Axes/Maces/Swords, Mail, Plate
• Enchanting - rods
• Metal & Stone - grinding stones
• Parts - Inlaid Mythril Cylinder, Iron Buckle
• Thrown

Pages that should be changed?

I plan to go through these and make sure all of the important information is kept. Until I can figure out how to properly tag pages for redirect, deletion, etc., I'll make my own list here.

Blacksmithing - Go through the category and make sure everything is incorporated into the main Blacksmithing page. Should some pages be deleted?

• Apprentice blacksmithing plans is the same information found in Blacksmithing/RecipeTable/Apprentice - The first link is the article and the second link is the transcludable table, which is incorporated in the article
• Artisan blacksmithing plans is almost an exact copy of Blacksmithing/RecipeTable/Artisan - same as above
• Armorsmithing plans - Will this be redundant once the skill tables are complete? Should it be corrected and fully populated as well? Duplicate of Blacksmithing/RecipeTable/Armorsmith? (Same goes for all the specializations)
• Economical blacksmithing training looks like a copy/paste of the alchemy version, but it still has the alchemy recipes - someone else did this - well done!
• Heavy Mithril Armor set - make one for every set?
• Inlaid Thorium Hammer - check for accuracy and then remove flag
• Iron - Remove from this category? Add others?
• Plans - stub - remove?
• Powerlevel Blacksmithing - outdated - should be deleted or redirected to Economical blacksmithing training

Crafted Bind on Pickup equipment - very out of date and incorrect in places

Other

• Clean up Silithus/Ahn'Qiraj/class quests - make sure they're all categorized correctly (I think most if not all will end up only in Quests:Silithus)- fix the disambig pages to make them look prettier? Maybe having quest info on the central page with the class pages being used for the lootlink? Quest:Armaments of War
• WoWWiki:Quest list project

*Fix Argent Dawn Quartermasters - see if I can incorporate it into the Argent Dawn page as an anchor so that I can still link directly to their names

• WoWWiki:Zone category project
• Vendors category - looks like Gourra started working on it?
• Category:Quest givers - move all npcs into subcategories
