Aelinda was originally from Quel'Thalas where she met her husband, Kath'ranis. Together they got married and had three children Varedis, Kar'ganis and Nairb. They also raised her neice Malicia. After Nairb was apprenticed to Sylvanas, she returned to Dalaran. When she heard Quel'Thalas was destroyed, she thought Nairb died. Until Nairb showed up in Dalaran. There she taught him in the way ofthe wizard. She was killed when Dalaran fell and Nairb has erected a statue in her honor in the Council's Base.
