The racial characteristics among Humans themselves is currently a Retcon speculation. Humans were depicted in only a Western European racial characteristic until WoW where they were able to appear in all shades of skin color. Also the culture of the Humans remain to only reflect middle-age Europe, however the culture of the Azotha reflected life in a Jungle and also ruins of an exotic civilization, such as the Azotha ruins in Strangle Horn Vale. The Vrykul themselves come in many races and are of Scandinavian like.

Warcraft IIIEdit

In certain instances of the campaigns, once involving the reign of chaos, it is occasionally quoted by the Horde of Humans being regarded as pink skins in one or more of the cinematic.
