Here are some things you can do:

• Create your death knight.
• Get to the zone you're going to start your Northrend adventure in; the Howling Fjord or the Borean Tundra?
• If you haven't already, start earning achievement points.
• Train your inscription and get some fancy glyphs.
• Decide what faction you want to get exalted with first.
• Read up on the latest patch notes (3.0.2 and 3.0.3).
• Learn more about the lore about Arthas Menethil, the Lich King, Frostmourne, the Ashbringer, Tirion Fordring, Dalaran, Malygos and the Blue dragonflight, Northrend and more! It will make the questing much more interesting.
