The Turtle King is a troll mage on the server Alterac Mountains named Peeweary. He was the first person on his server to get the Turtle mount (prehaps the only one) from the World of Warcraft card game and proceded to ride around on his turtle talking in 3rd person and typing in caps. Obviously he called himself the turtle king.
