Harbor is westernmost part of Stromgarde City. It is located east of Palace and it has a flight master, zeppelin dock (northern part), inn, auction house, bank. Zone has all types of vendors.

• Players can purchase anything in Harbor, but they can not sell (except auction house) and learn.
• Flight master will take player for free to anywhere in New Arathor, but outside the empire players must pay twice as much.
