Note: Although mentioned in lore, some of these groups are "unofficial" organizations, but I say if it is mentioned in lore go for it. Also, most are not factions.
- Alliance Trauma — Quest:Triage (Alliance) At the end of the quest, Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen welcomes you to Alliance Trauma.
- Azuremyst Fire Brigade — Quest:Fire Brigade Practice (Azure Watch) At the end of the quest, Costumed Orphan Matron says you are part of the Azuremyst Fire Brigade.
- Church of the Holy Light — If you are part of the Alliance, there is a high chance you are a member.
- Dread Corsairs — Pirates' Day During this holiday, if you talk to Dread Captain DeMeza she will ask you if you want a drink with her. If you agree, she says you are a member of the Dread Corsairs (for a day).
- Goldshire Fire Brigade — Quest:Fire Brigade Practice (Goldshire) At the end of the quest, Costumed Orphan Matron says you are part of the Goldshire Fire Brigade.
- Kharanos Fire Brigade — Quest:Fire Brigade Practice (Kharanos) At the end of the quest, Costumed Orphan Matron says you are part of the Kharanos Fire Brigade.
- Knights of the Silver Hand — By picking the race of Human and the class of Paladin, you get the quest Quest:Consecrated Letter. During this quest, Brother Sammuel says you are a member of the Knights of the Silver Hand.
- The Consortium — Quest:A Personal Favor At the end of the quest, you can choose to pick a Nexus-Stalker's Band as a reward. The flavor text on the ring says "Worn by affiliates of the Consortium."
- The Mithril Order — By picking the profession of Blacksmith, you can get the quest Quest:Expert Blacksmith! At the end of the quest, you get a Signet of Expertise whose flavor text on the trinket says "Honorable Member of the Mithril Order".
By picking the profession of Blacksmith, you can get the quest Quest:Did You Lose This? At the end of the quest, Trenton Lighthammer says you are part of The Mithril Order.
