Notes
- Damage enchants (Striking etc) are just that - damage enchants, they add weapon damage that is affected by speed, not DPS.
- Potency is better than +7 damage for weapons with 2.60 speed and slower, because at 2.60 you get 2.69 DPS from +7 and Potency gives you +20 Strength that is equal to +40 AP = +2.85 DPS for any speed and +2 block value.
